Dr. Heather Gappert has owned and operated Fairbanks Chiropractic Clinic since 2006. She was born and raised in Fairbanks and graduated from West Valley High School. In 2001, Dr. Gappert received her Bachelors in Biological Science from UAF before continuing to chiropractic school at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minnesota. After completing chiropractic school, Dr. Gappert did an additional year of training with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Assocition to specialize in prenatal and pediatric care. Additionally, she is certified in Webster's technique which is a specific adjustment designed for pregnant women. Besides prenatal and pediatrics, Dr. Gappert sees a variety of patients spanning all ages. Her belief is that chiropractic is for everyone.
In her free time, Dr. Gappert enjoys outdoor activities such as jogging, hiking, and visiting her family cabin with her two daughters, Paige and Ruby, and her dogs.
Lacey joined the Fairbanks Chiropractic team in 2017. She specializes in deep tissue, trigger point, and prenatal massage. In her spare time, Lacey enjoys spending time with her daughter and exploring Fairbanks.
Leslie has been a massage therapist in the Fairbanks area for many years. When she is not working, Leslie enjoys home renovation projects.
Liz is from Florida where she studied Medical Assisting. She moved to Fairbanks in 2016 with her husband who is in the Army, stationed at Fort Wainwright. In her free time, Liz enjoys DIY furniture projects and running.
Amanda was born and raised in Arizona where she studied Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Arizona and Family and Human Development at Arizona State University. She moved to Fort Wainwright in 2016 with her husband, Dylan, who is in the Army. In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling and quilting.
Cassandra was born and raised in Fairbanks where she met her husband, Christian. After moving around the country while Christian was in the Army, they settled back in Fairbanks and have raised a large family together over the last 21 years. In her free time, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and relaxing on the Chena River.
Emily is from Illinois and moved to Fairbanks in 2016 with her husband who is in the Army, stationed at Fort Wainwright. In her free time, Emily enjoys baking and playing with her puppy.
